What FollowDock stores

FollowDock is a private CRM for real estate offices. It stores what your office enters: contacts and leads, tasks, appointments, transactions, notes, templates, office chat messages, and the activity log.

We don't store Social Security or card numbers: the system blocks them. Data lives in Supabase (a database with per-person and per-office access rules) and the app is hosted on Netlify.

Gmail (only if you connect it)

If you connect your Gmail, FollowDock uses it only for what you do inside the CRM: sending emails and—if you turn on the inbox—reading, searching, organizing, and replying to your email. We don't store copies of your emails or files: they're read from Gmail on demand. We store the permission key Google provides, encrypted, and in a contact's history only what you choose to log.

FollowDock's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell your data, use it for ads, or share it.

You can disconnect Gmail anytime in Mail → Gmail account → Disconnect; Google revokes the permission.

Who can see your data

Each person sees only what their role allows (administrator, broker, agent, coordinator). Your Gmail connection and email are visible only to you. Nobody outside your office has access.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data by writing to kendrick0204@gmail.com.
